Exhibit will take place at Blue Tile Gallery in Englewood during Mo'Print, the month of printmaking in Colorado.
Selected artists to create a 10x10, 1-color image to address a social issue they care about that will be reproduced as a series of limited edition screen prints and sold to support a Colorado nonprofit of their choosing. Ink Lounge is donating all the screen printing / no cost to artists.
Final Art: 12x12 with 10x10 image area
Ink: 1 color of your choice
Paper: many colors of 100lb poster weight available
Edition: 30 with an additional 3-5 copies for the artist / artist will be required to sign and number prints. Artists will receive unsold prints after the exhibit closes.
Option to Screen Print: Ink Lounge will host several print sessions allowing artists to visit the studio, and with some assistance, screen print their prints including additional paper colors to choose from.
Prints will be sold for $25 each: 100% of sales will be donated to support a Colorado nonprofit of the artists choosing. This is our chance as artists to use our skills and resources to support the community!
FYI: Ink Lounge and other community partners will cover the 25% gallery commission and exhibit expenses which also allows 100% of sales to be donated.
