Concept.

I've been creating posters for 30+ years and always start by sketching out ideas based on the goals of the poster. From providing information with a call to action, to concert attendees and commemorating an event. From limited edition prints auctioned to raise money to support non-profits, to donating hundreds to be held high in protest. As you can see I work in many styles, but the one common factor is each poster starts with a concept to tell a visual story.
