Feeling trapped?

Understanding how to set up files for screen printing can be a bit tricky, which is why I’ve put together some basic info on file set-up and trapping.

Click on the links to download a template with registration and crop marks that can be placed in the design program you are using to lay out your project. Remember each color needs to be on a separate layer. For single color shirts we still recommend using the template as it helps center the art on the shirt.

I also recommended you become familiar with our Image Usage Rights Policy.

Need Paper?

I buy 90% of our paper from the French Paper Company which is a sixth-generation, family-owned paper mill, located on the banks of the St. Joseph River in Niles, Michigan U.S.A.

Great selection of colors and recommend either 80# or 100# cover.
